HNDL Bat Grip Wrap — 0.5mm Polymer Tape

Bat grip wrap design comes down to one thing — how the surface behaves between your hands and the bat. The HNDL bat grip wrap uses a proprietary polymer surface (we call it DTS Technology) that delivers a soft, tacky feel without the sticky drag you get from low-end grip tape. The polymer holds the bat in place through aggressive swings, releases clean through the zone, and absorbs enough vibration that inside pitches don't leave your hands ringing.

The 0.5mm thickness is the sweet spot for hitters who want a tacky bat grip without bulking up the handle. Thicker wraps (1.0mm and up) change the bat's diameter and balance feel; the HNDL 0.5mm sits flush, keeps the bat's original feel intact, and adds just enough cushion to dampen contact shock.

How to install it

Peel the backing strip off the end of the wrap. Anchor it just above the knob with a slight diagonal wrap. Continue spiraling up the handle with about a 1/16" overlap on each pass so there are no gaps. Finish at the taper, trim any excess with a sharp blade, and secure with the included finishing tape. Total install time is about five minutes.
